Veterinary Care: All of our puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. They come with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a complete health record.
Health Guarantee: We guarantee that every puppy is healthy at the time of sale. If within 72 hours of going home a licensed veterinarian finds a serious health concern that makes the puppy unfit for adoption, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy or issue a refund (documentation required).
Genetic Guarantee: Our puppies are also guaranteed against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If such a condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.
Buyer’s Responsibility: To maintain this guarantee, buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of pickup or delivery. Puppies must also receive regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, and a safe living environment.
